Michael J. Fox recently shared a father-son moment on Instagram for his son\u2019s birthday. The 61-year-old actor shared a picture of his son, Sam Fox, blowing out birthday cake candles with photos of the father-son duo in front of a waterfall wearing life jackets.<\/p>\n

Fox captioned the post, \u201cHappy Birthday to my big bouncing baby boy @palekidd; you are the best. Proud to be your pops. Love you!\u201d Fox\u2019s wife also shared a post wishing Sam a baby birthday. The post included pictures of Sam driving a boat, riding a horse and two photos of the two together.<\/p>

Fox\u2019s wife, Tracy Pollan<\/a>, wrote, \u201cHappy birthday to the absolute best son ever. You fill my life with so much joy, humor, kindness, and random information that I never knew! I love you!\u201d The \u201cBack to the Future\u201d star recently reflected on mortality as he lives with Parkinson\u2019s, an incurable disease.<\/p>\n

Fox was diagnosed with the disease in 1991 when he was 29. He revealed during an appearance on \u201cCBS Sunday Morning<\/a>,\u201d \u201cYou don\u2019t die from Parkinson\u2019s. You die with Parkinson\u2019s. I\u2019ve been thinking about the mortality of it. I\u2019m not going to be 80. I\u2019m not going to be 80.\u201d Fox also discussed his challenges while living with the disease.<\/p>\n

He admitted, \u201cMy life is set up so I can pack Parkinson\u2019s along with me if I have to. Parkinson\u2019s banging on the door; I\u2019m not going to lie, it\u2019s getting hard. It\u2019s getting harder. It\u2019s getting tougher. Every day, it\u2019s tougher; that\u2019s the way it is. I mean, you know, who do I see about that?\u201d In his new documentary \u201cStill,\u201d<\/a> viewers will learn that his tremors from Parkinson\u2019s have been visible, but he\u2019s also in a lot of pain.<\/p>
